ROLE PURPOSE We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Senior Communications Manager to support the Head of Communications and Corporate Affairs for a one-year fixed term Maternity Leave Cover position starting in May or June 2025. You will be part of a small but dynamic Customer, Marketing and Communications team focused on becoming a customer first business that provides spaces where small and medium-sized businesses can thrive. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Issues and crisis management. Liaise with media and stakeholders to mitigate potential risks and protect brand reputation. Internal communications. Manage internal communications channels and activities including monthly all-company Town Halls and digital channels. Business transformation. Support the organisation through an ongoing period of transformation, with a key objective being to ensure alignment to brand strategy and values across all areas of the business. Corporate communications. Support broader corporate and stakeholder engagement activities to protect and grow our reputation. Customer reviews: Monitor and respond to customer reviews on TrustPilot and Google. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, happy to speak up and confident in presenting and putting forward ideas. Also confident in using a range of channels and tactics to maximise impact of comms and engagement with a range of audiences. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer effective solutions. Organisational Skills: Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Digitally proficient: Interested in and excited by the opportunities that tech can play in improving internal communications. Team Player: Ability to work with colleagues across different teams, seniority levels and to be collaborative, helpful and proactive, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting as well as independently. Flexible and positive attitude: Happy to “muck in” and identify where a positive impact can be made. Desirable Previous experience in Property or a related sector. Knowledge of Private Markets and how they operate.
