Waiter/Float/Bartender– Fast paced, exciting events role
About the Role:
Freemans Event Partners is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Waiters/Floats to join our team at the Union 15 Bar in Twickenham Stadium. In this high-energy, fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth service, delivering drinks and food to guests, and assisting across various tasks as needed to maintain the bar’s efficiency during major events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Service: Provide excellent service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
* Order Delivery: Serve drinks and food promptly and accurately to tables or service areas.
* Float Support: Assist with multiple tasks across the Union 15 Bar, including stocking, cleaning, and preparing the service area.
* Bar Assistance: Support bartenders with basic tasks like collecting and restocking glassware and maintaining a tidy bar area.
* Teamwork: Collaborate with bar staff and kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and service.
* Health & Safety: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Prior experience as a bartender, waiter, runner, or float in a fast-paced food and beverage setting is essential.
* Energy: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment during busy events.
* Customer Focus: Friendly, professional, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
* Team Player: Flexible and ready to jump in where needed to support the team.
* Commitment to all 6 nations games.
* 46 guaranteed shifts throughout 2025 for the right individual
* Physical Stamina: Comfortable with the physical demands of a busy role, including walking and carrying items throughout shifts.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and event days.
