Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Wetherby
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Salary: Up to £28,000, depending on experience

Are you looking for a role where you will be working with a field based team, support them from an office located in Wetherby? Our client is within manufacturing & distribution and you’d be working in a solo office within a busy office building organising shipments, updating marketing material and giving customer support.
Due to the location, your own transport is essential.
Responsibilities
•Running the UK office and ensuring the workplace is organised
•Managing shipments for UK customers
•Processing orders and arranging courier collections
•Working with the international team to update marketing material
•Organising events and material for trade shows
•Ensuring the correct stock levels for each product
•Handling customer product queries and directing them to the correct team
Qualifications & Skills
•Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
•Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
•Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
•Ability to work independently with great time management
