Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and healthcare providers.
2. Maintain accurate records of client information and appointments.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare professionals, and team members.
4. Assist in resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
6. Utilize office experience to efficiently manage administrative tasks related to care coordination.
Qualifications
1. NVQ level 3 in health and social care
2. Office experience
3. Administrative experience
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
