About Us:
Blakemore Trade Partners, a division of A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd., supports SPAR retailers in delivering exceptional service and driving business growth. We're looking for a proactive Onboarding Executive to ensure a seamless experience for newly recruited SPAR retailers.
Job Purpose:
As an Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire onboarding process for new retailers, from the moment they sign up to their successful store launch. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient transition into the SPAR group, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
Project manage the onboarding of new stores from sign-up to store launch.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for new retailers.
Oversee retailer inductions and manage all aspects of the store launch, including marketing efforts.
Assess store suitability and ensure all standards are met.
Ensure an efficient handover process to the Business Development Executive (BDE) post-launch.
Provide excellent communication and service throughout the onboarding process, keeping the retailer informed and supported.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential: Full UK driving license.
Retail and sales experience, with a proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to think creatively and logically to solve problems.
Leadership skills to provide direction, motivation, and clear expectations to teams.
Experience managing costs and resources effectively.
A positive, self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering high standards of service.
Key Job Info:
Location: Travel to other sites and occasional overnight stays may be required.
Evening events may be part of the role.
