Hunter Adams are partnering with our client in the West Midlands to source an Employee Relations Specialist to support with ongoing casework. This is a 4-6 month FTC with an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
1. Review complex ER cases.
2. Utilize excellent stakeholder management skills to build trust and rapport quickly.
3. Manage Trade Union relationships.
4. Travel around the Birmingham area to multiple sites.
Requirements:
1. Experience in the education sector.
2. Ability to manage Trade Union relationships.
