Your new roleAs a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit policies and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts. This involves assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, monitoring customer accounts, and implementing effective debt recovery procedures. You will maintain accurate financial records and foster strong relationships with customers, playing a crucial role in supporting the company's financial health and stability. Key responsibilities include debt collection, financial reporting, customer relations, compliance and risk management, and process improvement. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will need proven experience as a Credit Controller with strong knowledge of credit management and debt collection processes, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
