Job summary Community Occupational TherapistUrgent Response The role of the Occupational Therapist is to assess and treat community patients in their own homes within the Islington borough as part of an urgent community response team whose objectives are to support admission avoidance and hospital discharges. The post holder will have the opportunity to work with the rapid response and virtual ward teams as part of the larger UCRT team.
