About the role: The successful Support Workers will be focused on Person Centred care and put the service user at the centre of all you do. The forefront of our delivery is to put the service user first and allow them to have their own independence. You will support them out in the community, going to clubs, trips out, household chores, shopping trips and much more. Due to the nature of the role and the rural locations, it would be beneficial if the successful Support Workers held a UK driving license. Our Support Workers experience a variety of tasks and challenges throughout their shifts that also lead to a huge sense of reward and achievement in their daily activities where no two days are the same.
