Develop a Psychology curriculum that fosters critical thinking, encourages independent learning, and enhances students’ analytical skills. Regularly assess student progress, providing tailored feedback to support their learning journey in Psychology. Cultivate a supportive classroom environment where students feel empowered to engage with and excel in Psychology. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continued success of the Psychology department. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Psychology or a related field. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Proven experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5. Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to make complex psychological theories accessible.
