EXPORT SALES MANAGER
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager with an Instrumentation background to join our clients who are committed to delivering high-quality engineering products and services to their global clientele. Sales experience in field instruments within major industrial sectors is essential as you will play a pivotal role in driving international sales efforts and expanding the company market presence.
This role will suit a seasoned Export Sales Manager with an instrumentation background along with a thorough understanding of process (Oil, Gas, Power, Renewable, Petrochemical, General industry) applications.
Salary: £55K + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new potential customers and markets
2. Supply of market intelligence about projects in or for the export business
3. Develop relationships with end clients and key project companies
4. Manage the campaign to work with the OEM's
5. Co-ordinate the preparation of technical pre-qualification information
6. Ensure the successful execution of export sales strategies
7. Manage and mentor other external Sales engineers & international sales team
Minimum Requirements:
1. Be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience
2. Have sales experience in field instruments within major industrial sectors
3. Flexibility to travel internationally when required
4. Proven experience in engineering related export sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
6. Results-driven and goal-oriented
7. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
