We're on a mission and our people are the heart and soul of our success. The Learning & Development Consultant is a newly created position in the group initially on a 6 month FTC. We are very aware that our people are what makes our business such a success. So, we need to continue investing in what they want. Development is key for us to continue being nimble and customer centric .That's why we have created an exciting brand new, high-profile role that will be pivotal to enhancing our organisational capability.
We are looking for a leader(and definitely a doer) who understands the business and its DNA make up, and in turn designs and delivers impactful development and performance solutions. This role is not about off-the-shelf solutions; it requires someone who can tailor programs to meet the specific needs of the Group and each business within it, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, inspirational management, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, and ultimately driving growth and of course customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about learning and development and ready to make a significant impact on the business. The successful candidate will have a strategic vision and the ability to execute on that vision, using innovative approaches and the latest technologies to achieve success. It will suit someone who can think strategically and operate hands-on, as it starts with no direct reports but includes a collaborative HR team for support.

* Leadership Development: Design and deliver programmes to develop current and future leaders.
* Management Development: Create and deploy training for managers to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
* Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration: Design and deliver a programme that will Increase the sharing of knowledge and collaboration across the Group.
* Innovation and Entrepreneurial Thinking: Make and execute a plan that will foster a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem solving across the business
* Talent Management Solutions: Develop and implement strategies to manage and retain talent across the organisation.
* Career Paths and Performance Management: Develop, deliver and embed career paths and performance management frameworks tailored to various job families, businesses and market needs
* Job Family Specific Development: Design and deliver tailored development programs for specific job families such as sales, software developers, and customer services, so that they directly contribute to business growth
* Learning Management System (LMS) and AI Integration: Use AI applications to create personalised learning experiences and predictive analytics to anticipate training needs. Use AI driven tools to design and deliver L&D solutions, enhancing programme effectiveness. Manage, review and evolve LMS platform to support development frameworks and PDP creation.
* Strategy Development and Execution: Create, deliver, and continuously review L&D strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
* Onboarding Efficiency: Create solutions to ensure new hires become effective in their roles as quickly as possible.
* Budget Management: Conduct learning budget review to create efficiencies and manage effectively.
