Brilliant opportunity upcoming for a native-level Dutch speaker to step into a Sales role and use your people skills to prospect and connect with professionals across the BeNeLux region.
Requirements:
* Native-level fluency in Dutch.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
* Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gain a deep understanding of the organisation's offerings and how to communicate their value to potential customers.
* Use prospecting techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media to generate qualified leads.
* Schedule discovery calls for sales teams across various departments.
* Build targeted prospecting lists, craft tailored messaging, and identify decision-makers to uncover new business opportunities.
* Participate in daily training sessions covering sales skills, technology, and mock prospecting.
* Learn to use sales engagement tools, CRM systems, and other resources effectively.
* Develop strong organisational skills to manage daily activities and achieve performance goals.
This a hybrid opportunity, 4 x days per week office based and 1 x day per week Working From Home.
This role requires native-level fluency in Spoken and Written Dutch, candidates that do not meet this requirement will not be considered for this opportunity.
Base of £30,000 pa - £35,000 pa + Commission
