Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for those seeking help with their mental health. We are currently looking for a Night Wake Support Worker to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of clients during the night shift Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergencies or incidents that may arise Administer medication to clients according to their prescribed schedules Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client activities and any incidents that occur during the night Assist with any necessary tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure continuity of care for clients Provide emotional support and companionship to clients during the night Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions as requiredRequirements: Previous experience working in a mental health setting is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations Strong observational and problem-solving skills A compassionate and empathetic attitude towards those struggling with mental health Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed Basic knowledge of medication administration and record-keeping A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo oneBenefits: Competitive salary with opportunities for growth and development A supportive and inclusive work environment Ongoing training and development opportunities 28 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) Pension scheme Employee assistance program for personal and professional supportIf you are passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs and meet the requirements listed above, we would love to hear from you.
