Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef at The Ferry Inn Cleddau, located in Pembroke Dock, Pembroke ferry, situated on the Cleddau. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, creating menus, managing kitchen inventories, and ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene. The Chef will also work in collaboration with other chefs and kitchen staff and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary skills
* Ability to create menus, manage kitchen inventories, and place orders ensuring best price
* Experience in EHO paperwork, food quality, and hygiene standards
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a must
* Relevant Health & Hygiene level 2/3 and Allergens certifications
