About the Role
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Monitor customer accounts and provide timely support to prevent arrears
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or finance
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
* Basic knowledge of banking products and services
