Vision for Education is seeking to appoint an ICT Teacher to work in a Secondary school in Blackburn. This is a full-time teaching role starting in January 2025. The role The desired IT Teacher will be responsible for implementing and delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for ICT and Computing to students age 11 – 16, including GCSE ICT. This role is to cover a resignation and will start January 2025 and will run on a temporary basis till December 2025. There will be an option to transfer to a permanent contract from June 2025 This role would be suitable for both NQTs and experienced Teachers. Requirements To be considered for the role of ICT Teacher, you will: • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Or have recent experience of teaching within a Secondary School • Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Teachers. • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
