AA Euro Group are working with a leading Main Contractor and looking for a CSA Project Manager to join their team for a new Data Centre Project in Wales.
Role Overview:
The CSA Project Manager will be responsible for managing the civil, structural, and architectural elements of a large-scale Data Centre project. This role requires overseeing the design, planning, and construction phases, ensuring the successful delivery of all CSA works on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and safety. The CSA Project Manager will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including design consultants, subcontractors, and the client, to ensure the seamless integration of all structural and architectural components.
Key Responsibilities:
As the CSA Project Manager, you will lead the management of all civil, structural, and architectural aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives. You will coordinate with the design team to ensure that all designs meet project specifications and resolve any technical challenges that arise.
You will oversee the on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors to ensure that all works are carried out to the required standards of quality and safety. Ensuring that the project remains on schedule and within budget will be a key focus, including monitoring resources, materials, and labour.
Regular communication with the client and internal teams will be essential to track progress, manage risks, and address any changes in scope. You will also be responsible for implementing safety protocols and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, with 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably within the data centre or mission-critical environments. You should have a strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural systems, as well as experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will be leading a team and working with various stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and familiarity with BIM processes is required. Experience managing the CSA scope in complex, high-value projects is critical for success in this role
