We are looking for an Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee event projects to meet objectives. Lead key operational activities to ensure smooth event execution. Collaborate on sponsorships and charity village planning. Manage event budgets and stakeholder requirements. Ensure participant safety and conduct risk assessments. Work with senior management on project goals and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
• 3+ years' live event experience, with knowledge of UK road running and safety.
• Experience managing external stakeholder meetings and working within a project framework.
• Event team and budget management experience.
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage tasks independently or in a team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work weekends, with a full UK driving license.
