The College is seeking an exceptional candidate for the role of Deputy Chief Executive who will provide strategic leadership across the Corporate Services portfolio of Finance, HR, Estates, and IT;ensure overall financial viability of the organisation and driveoperational excellence and organisational efficiency. Key responsibilities include financial planning,ensuring services are aligned to organisational priorities, and optimising resource utilisation to enhance performance. The post holder will play a pivotal role in consolidating the Colleges position and reputation in the sector and enabling data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights from business performance indicators to guide strategic investments, workforce planning, and infrastructure development.
