Responsibilities: Oversee and manage key client accounts, serving as the main point of contact and building strong, lasting relationships. Lead and mentor the Client Services team to ensure high-quality client experiences and seamless project execution. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production) to deliver innovative solutions that meet client objectives. Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, timely project delivery, and addressing client needs. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business development efforts. Qualifications: 7 years of experience in client services or account management, preferably in a creative or advertising agency. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
