Customer Service Representative - Temporary 2 months Immediate Start £12.30 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday - 9am - 5.30pm 100% office based Our client, a financial services provider based in Bournemouth, is looking for confident customer service professionals to join their team. This role is responsible for dealing with emails and telephone calls made by their investors/clients in a timely manner adhering to regulations. Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities ·Responding to inbound emails and telephone calls made by investors and professionals adhering to compliance and regulations. ·Prioritise queries and correspond with other departments when necessary to determine the root cause. ·Type and administer correspondence to clients / investors meeting deadlines. ·Ensure quality and accuracy in all correspondence with customers and investors. Experience & Personal Attributes ·To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate inbound customer service experience, ideally gained from the financial services industry. ·Other customer service experience can include any complaint handling, inbound processing and/or banking roles. ·Good standard of English/Maths are essential for this role Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Contract length: 2 months
