Key Responsibilities for the Learning Support Assistant:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, especially those with SEND
* Aid students both in and out of the classroom, promoting progression and attainment
* Confidently manage behaviour and implement strategies to support students success
* Engage with professionals to help students achieve their full potential
Requirements for the Learning Support Assistant role:

* A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university
* Previous experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting
* Strong behaviour management skills and confidence in supporting SEND students
Contract: Full-time, term-time only
