Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Head of Pharmacovigilance Innovation to join us in our Global Pharmacovigilance team, based in any of our Brussels (Belgium), Slough (UK) or Raleigh (US) offices.
About the role
Reporting to the Head Vigilance, Systems & Innovation, as a member of their leadership team (LT), the Head Pharmacovigilance Innovation will drive the innovative transformation of the PV System. In a dynamic, complex, and highly regulated environment, this role will lead the shift towards more efficient, high-quality, and compliant processes, technologies, and business models—ultimately enhancing product safety and supporting our purpose to ensure a positive benefit-risk balance for our patients.
This role will be an agent for change, developing, owning, and continuously evolving the innovation roadmap for PV, ensuring alignment with business priorities and driving UCB to the forefront of the industry. This roadmap will define a clear path for leveraging emerging technologies, optimizing workflows, and improving data-driven decision-making, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes such as increased efficiency, enhanced regulatory compliance, and improved patient safety. The role should also consider the wealth of data within the PV environment, shifting our mindset to a more exploratory, insights-driven approach that can fuel evidence generation.
