The Job You’ll Do; Leading the repair and maintenance of all assembly and press tooling equipment in a timely manner. Perform scheduled and planned maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment performance and reliability. Leads in geometry improvement activities from technical understanding. Adhering to quality standards and requirements, including all QMS related items. Supporting and championing the intervention process and escalation procedure. Adhering to all legal and safety requirements including; PUWER Power press regulations, lifting and slinging. Supporting the procurement and management of spare parts and tools required. Adhering to and entry of RPO and MTTR data (documentation of jobs/hours completed through electronic reporting methods). Support the development of Engineering apprentices through knowledge and skill sharing. The completion of housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness within own and related areas. About You; Recognised apprenticeship in Die Maintenance or Tool Making. ONC or equivalent level qualification. Manufacturing or relevant engineering experience Be proactive and autonomous in workload management. Be able to follow instructions, maintaining composure in pressurised situations. Be able to communicate at all levels of the business. Be able to prioritise fluctuations in workload, asking for support when needed
