We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Farnborough. This role is ideal for someone with a customer service, administration, or support background who wants to grow their skills in account management and client relations.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Communicating clearly with customers via multiple channels - Engage with clients over the phone, via email, and in person, ensuring they receive prompt and professional service.
2. Managing and developing strong client relationships - Act as the first point of contact, providing support and building trust with key clients.
3. Coordinating daily customer service operations - Ensure smooth service delivery by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and liaising with internal teams.
4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Track interactions, conversations, and service requests to ensure seamless follow-ups and client satisfaction.
5. Supporting account management activities - Assist with client onboarding, contract renewals, and service agreements while ensuring their needs are met.
6. Identifying opportunities for growth - Spot ways to expand client relationships, introduce new services, and help grow the business.
7. Collaborating with internal teams - Work closely with sales, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in customer service, administration, or support.
