What you will do:
1. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of pelvic health conditions, including urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain syndromes, and more.
2. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans, incorporating techniques like pelvic floor rehabilitation, manual therapy, and exercise-based interventions.
3. Utilise biofeedback, electrical stimulation, and other relevant modalities to enhance patient treatment.
4. Provide thorough education and self-management strategies to empower patients.
5. Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams with professionals such as obstetricians, urologists, and midwives.
6. Lead pelvic health clinics, group sessions, and educational workshops to elevate community awareness and engagement.
Requirements:
1. HCPC registration.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
3. Prior experience in pelvic health.
4. Experience with Band 7 responsibilities.
5. NHS/UK experience is essential.
6. Car driver preferred for travel between clinics.
