Who You Are You are an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and Employment Law. You possess excellent communication and advisory skills, enabling you to effectively support managers and employees with HR generalist advice. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various aspects of Employee Relations, from addressing grievances to performance management, in line with best practices. What the Job Involves The role requires you to work closely with HR Senior Business Partners and HR Business Partners to contribute to the successful delivery of Directorate/Service People Plans. You will provide accurate and comprehensive HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across different HR disciplines. Key responsibilities include addressing employee relations issues such as sickness absence, bullying and harassment, grievance, conduct, and recruitment. You will serve as a contact point for general HR advice, escalating complex issues to senior HR team members when needed. This hybrid role requires one-day-a-week attendance at the Chichester office, located at County Hall, with meetings attended as required. The position is graded at Pay - Grade 9.
