Position: Behaviour Management Support Worker
Location: Grantham and Surrounding Areas, Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Pay: Starting at £90 per day, with potential for progression

As a Behaviour Management Support Worker, you will:
1. Provide Essential Support: Work closely with students to manage and improve challenging behaviours.
2. Create a Safe Space: Foster a positive, supportive learning environment.
3. Collaborate: Work alongside teachers and school staff to develop and implement behaviour strategies.
4. Inspire Growth: Help students build self-confidence and achieve their full potential.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEMH needs or challenging behaviours.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, resilience, and a calm approach to managing behaviours.
* A commitment to supporting and encouraging student progress.
