Our client is a £multi-million consultancy within the food industry. Their focus is to drive change and to advise retailers and fmcg companies on best practice across a wide range of industry initiatives involving environment, economy and social issues. As part of their expansion programme they are now keen to recruit a Shopper Insight Manager with a passion for using data and research to unlock insights.
We are looking for an Insight Expert to join our clients team and help them remain at the forefront of the UK Eating Out and Retail industry. As Shopper Insight Manager you will create market, retailer, channel, shopper, and consumer insights that drive growth. Your work will include conducting primary research, delivering major research projects, tracking industry innovations, and creating compelling content for the web-based platforms – Retail Analysis and ShopperVista. With a small team reporting in, you will lead project teams, support professional development, provide coaching, and maintain high research standards.
To apply, you will have strong commercial awareness and knowledge of the UK food, grocery, and consumer goods industry. With a good understanding of research methodologies, you will have strong communication skills and the ability to present to senior stakeholders. A problem solver, you will have the ability to engage with a range of senior stakeholders, be down to earth and possess the drive and enthusiasm to quickly make your mark.
