Teaching Personnel is recruiting for a dedicated PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Teacher to cover classes across a range of subjects and year groups. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups, covering for teachers during their PPA time.
* Follow and implement lesson plans provided, ensuring continuity and progression in students' learning.
* Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of different classes, from Early Years to Key Stage 2.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, managing behaviour effectively and promoting a love for learning.
* Support the well-being and development of students during lessons, ensuring their educational experience is engaging and productive.
* Collaborate with class teachers and support staff to ensure seamless transitions and alignment with curriculum goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching across different year groups, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
* Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing high-quality teaching.

Teaching Personnel offer WEEKLY PAY and do not use Umbrella companies to process your payment.
In order to work for Teaching Personnel and clear our vetting process, you must have a Child Workforce DBS subscribed to the Update Service. Full assistance will be provided should you need to apply for a new check, at a standard cost of £38, plus an annual subscription fee of £13 for the Update Service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
