A bit about the job: As a Lead BI Delivery Developer, you will provide technical mentorship and coaching to team members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality business intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions, designing self-serve dashboards, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Your work will be crucial in optimising our data-driven strategy and enhancing the utilization of self-serve BI across Personal Lines. Key Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in developing BI solutions using tools such as Qlik Sense, QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI. Preferably within the General Insurance or Financial Services industry. Strong technical knowledge in data transformation, modelling, and visualisation. Proven ability to mentor and coach team members, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrable experience in designing and building intuitive, insightful, and efficient self-service BI dashboards. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset, capable of driving actionable insights aligned with strategic themes.
