Role: ICT Service Desk Executive Assistant
Department: ICT Customer Services and Support
Responsible to: Head of Customer Services and Support
Campus: Belfast or Coleraine
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Job Purpose: The post holder is jointly responsible for delivering frontline 1st level technical support, providing accurate service information to our customer base, and exceeding their expectations. They should possess good knowledge of IT systems and business processes, with an understanding of current computing technologies and platforms used across the University. The role requires working with significant autonomy, analyzing trends, engaging with users, and participating in continual service improvement activities. The post holder will also participate in an extended hours support model.
