The Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) business is fast-growing with big ambitions in a market that has rapidly grown in the last two years. It is an exciting time to be part of the post transaction Onboarding team as we continue to grow and look at how we support pension scheme members by improving automation across our teams. The BPA market has historically been almost solely price led but as pension schemes funding positions have improved so has the need for increased customer support which has led to a greater emphasis on our in house operations. A bit about the job: Understanding and owning the development of schemes on to our platform and Project Managing schemes as they approach finalisation and BAU to ensure the right outcomes for end customers Driving automation levels across the area and owning MI for stakeholder management Managing/supporting the development focus of the BPA strategic calculation methods First point resolution and escalation point for stakeholders in relation to our future development Provide exceptional stakeholder management for areas of your role Skills and experience we're looking for: Experience in leading change across a cross-functional team, or otherwise in delivering improvements that solve customer problems in an efficient way Confident in communicating complex problems in a simple way, across a range of audiences Able to constructively challenge where needed, working with a varied range of people to deliver Strong desire to take responsibility for tasks and see them through to completion, balancing priorities over both the short term and long term Previous experience in Bulk Purchase Annuity or Defined Benefits would be desirable, but if not, don't worry, we can teach you this What you'll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow - is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
