This role is based across the South West and Midlands and will require the successful person to travel - A full driving licence is required.

Regional Sales Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
* Extensive sales experience is required
* Development of high-level sales and account management skills within the Company.
* Evaluate and gain understanding of the marketplace and customers’ businesses and requirements.
* Demonstrate and maintain the highest possible levels of customer care.
* A consistent focus on developing key accounts.
* Strong commercial acumen, strong analytical skills and excellent IT skills.
* Development and motivation of External Sales teams.
* Management of specified key and local accounts in the region.
* Liaising with the MD enabling joint ownership around strategy and customers.
* Strong communication skills and positive attitude are a must.
