Position Summary We have?a fantastic opportunity for a Property & Workplace Manager to join our award winning Nestle UK &I team reporting into the Head of Workplace & Wellbeing. You'll efficiently manage workplace services and our property portfolio for our offices based in the South. - Ensuring a "Best in Class" service that complies with legal requirements as well as Nestlé SA and Nestlé UK&I processes and procedures. - Working in partnership with our integrated facilities provider and Nestlé stakeholders. - Where appropriate, assuming responsibility for fulfilling internal and external compliance. - Determining and carrying out capital improvement and investment projects, - Managing budgets including for preventative and corrective maintenance, and - Promoting continuous improvement mindset both within the current facilities and with our service partners. You'll ensure facilities compliance, delivering a great place to work for our colleagues, whilst managing, coaching, and developing a small team of direct reports. ?A day in the life of a Property& Facilities Manager You will manage our Nestlé office and hub sites for our locations in the south (City Place, Park House, London Hub) and collaborate with the current FM partners and landlords. You will have a focus on ensuring consistent performance and quality, in building compliance, maintenance and soft services including catering, cleaning, office services and security. You will proactively and reactively manage infrastructure maintenance, improvement projects, and planning and execution for building conditions. You'll also ensure budget management for all sites under your responsibility. A key focus of the role is to ensure that our facilities services are aligned with the needs of the business areas. You'll also: - Contract manage KPIs, driving quality, performance, and customer service management - Management control third parties and contracted services - Stakeholder management of Nestlé businesses, senior managers, and external stakeholders, as well as site business areas and representatives (City Place, Park House, London Hub). - Interface between employees and facilities providers for business demands, events, and projects, as well as dispute resolution in response to problems - Leading and monitoring projects for service improvement in collaboration with the facilities provider. - The operational lead for any changes to service providers in the South and escalation route for sites - Workplace lead for operational costs in the UK&I South. Build the CAPEX rolling 5-year plan in cooperation with the workplace project manager, considering local budgeting and policy. - To communicate financial reports with regional teams and stakeholders, track and forecast spending. What will make you successful? You'll be a self-sufficient and results-focused individual. You will have proven experience in property, real estate and facilities management and evidence of managing a team to deliver results and continuously improve employee experience. You will have experience of identifying and leading improvement initiatives through to final delivery ?You'll also: - As an experienced Facilities Management expert, you will be IWFM accredited or possess a similar professional credential. - Qualifications in compliance management, including fire, legionella, and asbestos are desirable - Have great communication skills that enable you to influence and develop positive relationships across all levels of the business What you need to know What can we offer in return?
