The role
The role
As a Future Skills Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Future Skills Manager in coordinating our skills and training initiatives. This includes helping to create a best-in-class experience for apprentices and graduates, supporting recruitment campaigns, and organising engagement activities and events.
Attraction & Recruitment
* Promote career opportunities and represent Berkeley Group at careers fairs and industry events.
* Engage with young people and career changers to champion roles in the built environment.
* Support social media content creation and the Future Skills engagement plan.
* Assist with recruitment activities, including shortlisting, scheduling, and assessment centres.
* Help with planning and implementing the Future Skills induction.
* Track and report on the progress of apprentices and graduates across the business.
* Manage data collection and support the Digital Apprenticeship Service account.
* Organise events and learning activities for Future Skills cohorts.
* Process invoices related to training and development initiatives.
Internal Engagement & Support
* Be a key point of contact for apprentices and graduates, providing additional support when required.
* Help plan and manage internal SharePoint site for Future Skills.
What we're looking for
* Experience in apprenticeship and/or graduate programmes.
* Strong event planning and organisational skills.
* Understanding of social media platforms for engagement.
* A passion for people development and early careers support.
* Proactive, self-driven, and a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Due to the nature of this role, applicants must be willing/able to travel to Berkeley Group sites in London and Surrey. Access to a car is preferred due to limited transport links.
