Position: HR Administrator
Hours: 9am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £24,000 per annum plus company bonus
Areas: Stapeley, Nantwich CW5 7JW
Main Purpose of Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator at our Head Office. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be able to work accurately and prioritise work effectively. Good communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with Directors, Senior Managers and a variety of staff at all levels of the business.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Providing a comprehensive HR administration service
* Acting as first point of contact for all staff
* Responsible for HR systems administration
* Providing an effective HR service relating to the employment lifecycle
* Coordinating HR recruitment systems including creating adverts and posting on job sites, sending out invitations to interview, DBS and Right to Work checks
* Ensuring accurate HR records are maintained on all staff
* Assisting with the collection of data for payroll purposes
* Providing HR reports as required
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in an HR department or personnel matters
* Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally
* Articulate with good communication skills both written and verbal
* High level of experience with MS Word, Excel, etc.
* Proactive problem solver who is confident in engaging with all levels of staff
* Excellent team player with the ability to work under strict deadlines
* Flexible, adaptable, and able to multi-task on various projects simultaneously
Minimum Requirements:
A DBS disclosure will be required for this position (for which Ableworld will meet the cost).
