Job Responsibilities
* Provide individual support to children aged 4-11, working closely with teachers to ensure effective learning outcomes.
* Work alongside supportive and friendly teaching staff, learning from some of the best educators in the borough.
* Monitor and track progress for students with SEN, adapting support strategies as needed.
* Guide, motivate, and empower students to achieve their full potential, preparing them for secondary school.
* Earn a competitive daily rate of £485-£510.
Requirements
* A First-Class or 2:1 degree from a leading UK University is essential.
* A strong academic background and passion for supporting children are key traits for success in this role.
* A positive mindset and desire to make a difference are crucial in this position.
* Ability to commit to this role until the end of the academic year (July).
* A true desire to inspire and educate students with compassion and understanding.
