We are looking to hire an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team! This role will initially be covering a 12-month period working directly with the CEO and Group C-suite, progressing into an opportunity to work closely with other Executives across our business units.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Executive team Support
* Managing the CEO's schedule, and other Executives when required, ensuring that all meetings are scheduled as needed, and meetings prioritised accurately
* Co-ordination and booking business travel, including processing of expenses
* Collaborating closely with senior management and EAs within the business, and also externally to co-ordinate diaries and scheduling meetings
Event planning
* Co-ordination and planning of Global Leadership Team Conference (100+ people) twice a year and offsite Executive Leadership Team meetings (14 people) 4 times a year - supporting all UK based meetings in person
* Scheduling and co-ordinating company Town Hall online meetings
* Working with other Executive Assistants in the business to arrange head office events, such as Summer and Christmas parties
Internal Communications
* Proof reading of documents and emails
* Formatting and distribution of adhoc communications from the Exec
* Collating documents and circulating for company board meetings
What You’ll Bring:
* Demonstrated ability in a senior EA role supporting multiple Executives in an international business working across multiple time zones
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time-management skills and an ability to work to tight timescales
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
* Positive can-do demeanour with a solution focused approach
