We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead the development of our L2 & L3 Adventure Education provision at Plumpton College.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in Adventure and Sport topics to students studying at level 2 and 3. This will involve supporting students to maximise their potential and develop practical skills and underpinning theoretical knowledge for a career in the Adventure and Sport industry.
The role requires a degree or equivalent in outdoor education, as well as a relevant teaching qualification. The ideal candidate will have high levels of recent industry experience and be able to build relationships with external local partners and clients to create opportunities for our students.
