The Role: Assist in managing daily client money processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FCA/CASS rules. Support the Client Manager with team oversight, training, and performance reviews. Help improve systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Act as a key point of contact for cash-related queries across the business. Deputise for the Manager when needed, ensuring smooth operations.The Person: Experience in finance, accounting, or investment operations (banking, wealth management, or similar). Strong understanding of client money handling & financial regulations (FCA/CASS). Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail.
