Sales Manager – Property Technology
This is an outstanding and rare opportunity for a current Sales Manager within an Estate Agency looking to move into Software Sales!
Our client is a fast-growth Property Technology business providing a range of software solutions & insights into the real estate sector. Working with a wide range of estate agencies, investors and developers, their software allows for businesses to simplify their processes and breaks down complex information for better accessibility.
They already partner with some well-known agencies, such as Knight Frank, Savills & Bidwells.
Having achieved YOY growth they continue to expand their UK team. As such, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team; this position involves both leading the sales team, as well as a range of new business responsibilities & closing deals.
Operating on a win & retain basis, this position also offers the chance to build long-term relationships with clients across the space.
This is a hybrid position (London); Monday-Friday working week.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the sales team, supporting with training, day-to-day management, pipeline management and targets
* Support senior leadership with sales team recruitment when needed
* Identify & prospect new business opportunities across the real estate industry
* Manage inbound leads where necessary
* Generate long-term pipeline of prospective leads and clients
* Manage full sales cycle with estate agency clients
* Effective use of CRM systems & data management
* Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activity
* Collaborate & liaise with other internal teams
* Attend industry events when necessary
The Successful Candidate
* 5+ years’ experience within estate agency e.g. Sales Manager, Branch Manager
* New business experience is essential
* Experience managing a team of Sales Negotiators
* Commutable to London
Sales Manager Package
* Basic salary: £50,000-£60,000
* OTE: +£20,000-£25,000 (uncapped)
