We are seeking a dedicated Fleet/Workshop Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our Fleet/Workshop team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth management of our vehicle operations and compliance with current legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing the vehicle Operators License in line with current legislation.
* Maintain the company Operators License OCRS score within the green band.
* Efficiently manage vehicle defects and breakdowns to ensure compliance.
* Ensure timely receipt and upload of all 3rd party maintenance providers' paperwork onto Samsara.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
* Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
* Strong IT skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent forward planning and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to meet the operational demands of the business.
* Good geographical understanding of the UK.
* Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
Other Responsibilities:
* Ensure truck/trailer servicing complies with operator license requirements and current legislation, documented through in-house or third-party providers.
* Book truck/trailer repairs in a cost-effective and timely manner.
* Ensure all compliance paperwork is received and uploaded onto the Samsara network promptly.
* Log all damage and follow through with cost recovery.
* Report and action all accidents/incidents with our insurers.
* Raise order numbers and GRN upon completion.
