Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and client relationship management.
2. Conduct bespoke marketing strategies.
3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed targets.
4. Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, property developers, and key stakeholders.
5. Stay updated on local and national property market trends to provide expert advice to clients.
6. Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns, ensuring maximum exposure for listings.
7. Utilise high-quality photography, virtual tours, and premium advertising platforms to showcase properties effectively.
8. Negotiate sales transactions, ensuring optimal pricing and terms for clients while maintaining exceptional service levels.
9. Provide detailed sales reports and market insights to the Operations Director.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in high-end residential real estate sales, preferably within the premium property sector.
2. Strong knowledge of the York property market, including demographics, trends, and competitor activity.
3. A passion for luxury real estate and a drive to establish a strong market presence.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
6. Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing tools to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
7. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
8. Ideally based in York or within a commutable distance.
