Bank Support Worker Location: Bath Full driving licence and car required for this role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Companion to provide personalized care and assistance to a young man with autism and ADHD in the Bath area. The successful candidate will play a vital role in offering companionship, reassurance, and emotional support, while facilitating community engagement, fostering independence, and understanding sensory issues and triggers This fulfilling position involves supporting the individual in pursuing his interests, particularly in animals and staying active We are looking for someone who can organise activities and promote independence, loves animals the young gentleman has 2 elderly dogs and enjoys spending time with them. The young man attends college, and you would support to attend college then be on hand in case of any overwhelming moments.
