I have a 2D sequence that I would like to import into blender. The sequence is from a 16bit SNES game. The animation assets will be made in magica voxel and 3D objects themselves. Using the sequencing/frames of the game footage. This will be looped. The entire thing is to be inserted into a website header. To help get an understanding of what it might look like, imagine a 1 block deep flat street fighter battle with the sprites offset from the background. Looping.
