Role Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Supply Chain Administrator to support the Logistics Coordinator and the International Logistics Team Leader in the carrying out of their duties, with a specific focus on administrative tasks, data sourcing and reporting.
Key to the role is to ensure Finished Goods stock is managed effectively between the supply points and the 3rd Party operators, with a particular focus on managing SAP I-docs, and investigation of discrepancies; support the Logistics Coordinator in maintaining the continuous accuracy and integrity of inventory held at 3rd Party operators; and the management of the Trader Support Service, being responsible for all T&R movements and declarations into Northern Ireland.
This will involve cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as the Business Hubs, Customer Services, Quality and Regulatory, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technical Operations and Supply Chain.
This role is key in supporting the delivery of our strategic vision of Caring for People as a Trusted Partner. On a day-to-day basis you will:
* Ensure stock transactions are continuously monitored via the Stock Recon Report and I-doc tracker and any anomalies are quickly and efficiently resolved.
* Perform root cause analysis of the stock reports and monitors to introduce preventative actions to minimize repeated issues.
* Monitor and report on month end stock accuracy between SAP and 3rd Party systems.
* Deal with damaged, short dated and quality rejected stock in line with the company’s defined procedure, to arrange destruction processing as required.
* Ensure key business processes are executed and supported to a high standard and are continuously improved.
* Help in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting the implementation of them.
* Collate customs data and process declarations for all movements into Northern Ireland via the Trader Support System (TSS).
* Help to maintain required licensing in SAP for Export customer base.
