What You Will Accomplish Here…As a Systems Administrator you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the operation of the local network for our Slovenian office as well as contributing to the overall operation of our global network. This position will be responsible for the setup, maintenance and upgrades for hardware, systems, and network servers, including systems maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting the virtual server environment, network security, and LAN/WAN analysis. • Analyses the performance of assigned systems and applications, taking action to correct deficiencies.• Maintains and provides support on interconnectivity between EMEIA offices and international locations.• Reviews network monitoring tools and reviews anomalies on a weekly basis.• Reviews and updates network infrastructure equipment.• Responsible for deployment, configuration, maintenance, and support of networking equipment and systems.• Maintains diagrams and other documentation regarding application or system functionality and assures they are kept up to date.• Assists with the installation of LAN/WAN equipment infrastructure, as needed.• Provides support for Azure services including Exchange, SPAM filtering, data storage and other cloud services as needed.• Ability to work with Cisco Switches, Firewalls and Routers.• Conducts LAN/WAN analysis to ensure optimal performance of the network, including monthly utilization reports.• Resolves issues within the LAN/WAN environments. • Sustains the integrity and 24/7 availability of all network data through backup monitoring.• Troubleshoots Azure AD and Azure systems.• Communicates projects and priorities with global team members and IT management on a weekly basis.• Performs other duties, as assigned. Education, Experience and Skills:• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related position in an enterprise network environment is required.• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline is strongly preferred.• Must have familiarity with cloud environments including a working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.• Microsoft Azure certification is strongly preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.• Must have a working knowledge of network topology and remote access devices.• Must have a working knowledge of virtual environments; VMWare experience is preferred.• Must demonstrate a high level of flexibility to support business needs.• Must be able to work autonomously with minimal support.• Must have strong attention to detail.• Must have the ability to work independently, as part of a team, and exercise sound judgment.• Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.• Must have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external parties.• Must be available to work flexible hours to support network connectivity.• Must be available to travel (more than) 50% of the time to EMEIA officesWhat We Offer…• 25 Annual leave days plus Public Holidays• Discretionary End-year bonus• Annual Performance Reviews• Career path planning• Weekly fresh fruit, free coffee, tea.• International work atmosphere with 30 different nationalities within the company globally
