We are looking for a Repairs Team Leader to help lead the Repairs/ maintenance team of a well established organisation in the Birmingham area. This role is offering a permanent position, weekends off, a commutable location with good transport links and the chance to make a real difference to the team.

£32000-34000 per annum
As a Repairs Team Leader, your purpose will be:
1. To lead the provision of an innovative and effective administrative team, ensuring all resources are effectively assigned.
2. To liaise with internal and external operational teams to ensure service delivery, working collaboratively to meet operational needs.
3. To monitor key performance indicators relating to ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Performance.
4. To ensure that citizen processes and procedures are adhered to and comply with statutory guidance
5. To ensure customer service is to a high standard and investigate any queries as needed
As a Repairs Team Leader, you should have previous experience in:
6. Maintenance or compliance background
7. Performance or team management
8. Data analysis or reporting
